ScanTech Digital Limited was incorporated (Company Reg 11420330!) and the journey began.

We were proud sponsors of Birmingham Heritage Week, where we showcased heritage spots around the city using Virtual Tour technology, including the prestigious Birmingham Museum and Arts Gallery. And we had a party (of course) at The Coffin Works – with local food and drink from Milans Sweet Centre and Rock & Roll Brewhouse.
September 2019
Our first aerial survey was carried out at Leith Hill Place for the National Trust, where the famous naturalist Charles Darwin conducted experiments in the grounds and composer Ralph Vaughan Williams composed ‘The Lark Ascending’.
August 2020
We began our support for BuildingBrum, helping the Midlands property & construction industry stay in touch through some of the most challenging times.
March 2021
We were appointed to carry out 360° progress reporting for Sir Robert McAlpine and Battersea Power Station Development Company on Phase 3B of the mammoth redevelopment.
July 2021
We upped and moved into a new head office in the heart of Birmingham – Digbeth.
January 2022
Matthew Bott becomes the Managing Director of ScanTech Digital, having previously been Head of Design for Kier Major Projects.

With 25 years' experience in the construction and property industry, John uses his expertise in project planning, BIM, and modern methods of construction to support the team with forecasting market demand and project strategy.
John believes in teamwork and having fun, setting clear values and ethical principles to establish ScanTech Digital as a sustainable business.

Neil intelligently supports ScanTech's commercial processes, channelling his 35 years’ experience in the construction industry to provide alignment with what makes our clients tick.
Having worked with clients and projects ranging in size and complexity, Neil’s financial savvy and business administration skills are matched by his ability to understand client drivers, aligning their ambitions with the right expertise to deliver the best outcomes.
Managing Director
Matthew provides strategic leadership and business management. During his 20+ years in design and construction, Matthew has tackled some of the UK’s largest, most complex and prestigious building projects for an array of blue-chip and major government clients.
Well-versed as to the difficulties clients and designers can encounter, Matthew believes that digital revolution in property and construction will drive efficiency, improve quality and help address some of our industry’s biggest challenges.
Technical Director
Luke’s fascination with technology has kept him practising at the forefront of digital construction since university, with 10 years’ experience in BIM, data management and 3D modelling.
Always the first to try something new, Luke keeps ScanTech at the cutting-edge of innovation and reliable delivery. His ambition is to harness advancements that will deliver enhanced accessibility and efficiency.
