What this means for you
Construction progress monitoring
Our regular site visits mean you receive an accurate and reliable record of progress, with access provided to as many users as required. This can be used to assess and demonstrate progress, verify payment applications and support or defend claims. Quality and safety are also improved as tradespeople know their work is being recorded.
Virtual Tours
Key moments are captured in fine detail for an enhanced record, and Virtual Tours can be used as Virtual Site Visits for engagement with potential occupiers or investors. At handover, our Virtual Tours allow tenants and FM teams to familiarise themselves with the building, helping them plan their move and build up excitement prior to the big day.
Verification and as-built records
Accurate as-built records can be produced by your designers, or critical installations can be adjusted prior to being accepted. This is particularly important for the Golden Thread of Information required by the Building Safety Bill.
Virtual O&Ms
Linking O&M information to a Virtual Tour of the building is a simple way for users to access key information, familiarise themselves with the space and access information in a logical location. Different Virtual O&Ms can be created, such as for building managers or occupiers. For example, in a managed apartment block, the facilities manager has information about the lift, plant rooms, risers, and the tenant can access instructions for the thermostat, dishwasher, and microwave.
